Self Leveling Concrete Contractors

  • Self leveling concrete is polymer-modified cement that has high flow characteristics and, in contrast to traditional concrete, does not require the addition of excessive amounts of water for placement. Self leveling concrete is typically used to create a flat and smooth surface prior to installing floor coverings.

  • On average, self leveling is a suitable surface for most finished floor goods in as soon as 48 hours and is walkable in just 3-4 hours. However, the drying time may vary depending on the thickness of the layer and the temperature and humidity in the room.

  • Self leveling is typically used on concrete floors, but it can also be used on other types of surfaces such as plywood or tile. However, it is important to assess the condition of the subfloor and ensure it is suitable for self leveling before beginning the project.

  • Our self leveling underlayment can be used to lift a floor up to 4 inches in height. Coverage will vary depending on the texture of the surface.
